Video analysis is available with each golf lesson. The video room is located within the pro shop.
Concord Golf Club is a private club hence dress regulations apply.
Corporate Day Instruction
The Coaching staff of Concord Golf Club is available for clinic style golf instruction.
The dedicated short game facility on the practice range makes for an ideal entertainment and learning situation.
There are ten practice range mats available for iron play only. The use of metal woods on the practice range is prohibited, as the length of the range is only 170 metres.
All levels of player can be catered for.
Hire Clubs
Two levels of hire clubs are available.
Level 1
Callaway sets comprising three metal woods, nine irons and an Odyssey putter.
Each set is stored in a custom Callaway golf bag.
Six sets available.
Level 2
Full sets of quality trade-in and ex-demo clubs.
Matching black Eagle & Birdie golf bags.
Twenty sets available.
Reserving a hire set is recommended.
Hire Shoes
Approximately 60 pairs of hire shoes are available.
Regulation golf shoes must be worn on the course.
Sports style footwear and casual shoes are not permitted.
Re-spiking of golf shoes can be done immediately.
Reserving a pair of hire shoes early may save delay.
Hire Carts
Twelve drive carts are available for hire.
There are limited cart paths on course. Carts may be driven on the fairway however must not be driven within 10 metres of the green.
Reservations of carts should be made with the Pro shop or corporate golf organiser.
Hire Buggies
Seventy near new chrome buggies are available for hire from the pro shop. There is no need for reservation of hire buggies.
Golf Club Repair Centre
Qualified staff carries out the majority of golf club repair work on-site.
A large array of graphite and steel shafts is in stock at all times.
The grip of your choice would most likely be available from the stock of over 1000 grips.
For custom fitting purposes a loft and lie machine is also available for use.
Custom club fitting
The Professional staff of Concord Golf Club is qualified to custom fit golfers of all ages and standards.
Custom fitting is a minimum one half hour exercise and strictly by appointment only.
On-site fitting carts include: – Titleist, Mizuno and Henry Griffitts.
A range of Callaway, Ping, Cobra and Hogan demonstration clubs are also available.
Golf club and equipment storage
The Concord Golf Club Professional shop is a first class retail facility, offering Members and Guests a vast array of quality merchandise and services.
The present facility officially opened on the 14th December 2002.
Retail Manager Margaret Bain-Smith oversees the purchasing of both Ladies and Gents golf attire.
Gents fashion labels currently in stock include Cutter & Buck, Baker Finch, Rhode Island and Sporte’ Leisure.
Ladies fashion labels include Cutter & Buck, Casall, Toronto, Daily Sport, Callaway, Cross, Ashworth, Birdie, Five Under, Ralsport, Baker Finch, Rhode Island.
